The heart of DOMOTEX is green
The GREEN COLLECTION puts the spotlight on sustainability! This area in hall 23 is the point of reference for anyone seeking information about sustainable products, consisting of curated exhibitor contributions, a presentation corner featuring current research projects, a creative material-show presented by raumprobe and an inspiring conference program with contributions from speakers from politics, associations, interior design and trade.

Mood Spaces – Inspiring room installations
The new DOMOTEX Mood Spaces are an exciting source of inspiration for retailers and interior designers that represent the latest furnishing trends and reflect the interplay between floor coverings and interior design. Renowned designers such as Holly Becker, Mark Braun, Peter Fehrentz, Sebastian Herkner and Studio Besau-Marguerre are participating in the room installations. The Mood Spaces are located in hall 2.

BODEN SCHÄTZE
At this exhibition, textile students present their own designs – from the design process to pattern development to the actual carpets. The students address questions on design and modernity, but also on contemporary matters such as environmental awareness and the functionality of textile floor coverings.

Supporting conversations within the community
For the first time since the pandemic hit, the global carpet and flooring community can meet again in one place. “This is why we encourage the professional and personal exchange at DOMOTEX 2023”, explains Sonia Wedell-Castellano, Global Director of DOMOTEX, and elaborates: “exhibitors and visitors can look forward to our Welcome Back Night, the SKY Lounge as well as daily after-work events during the fair and much more!”
