ADESIVER HERCULES (A+B)
Two-component epoxy-polyurethane hypoallergenic adhesive for wooden floors, free of solvents

ADESIVER HERCULES is an odorless two-component adhesive for wooden floors with a very low sensitization level, it's fire retardant, free of solvents, water and isocyanic resins.

Bona Quantum/Bona Quantum T is a 1-component silane parquet adhesive for the installation of a wide range of parquet and wooden floors. The adhesive is equipped with the revolutionary Titanium Crosslinking Technology and ensures rapid initial adhesion.

The use of vinyl glues like Tovcol TP 3RF to lay wooden floors has become marginal due to the long curing time before sanding. They still find an application to bond under-flooring panels before the parquet laying with a reactive adhesive.

In 1952 STAUF developed the first ever dispersion based wood flooring adhesive. Today, STAUF M2A 910 (EMICODE EC 1 plus) is the top rated product in the STAUF dispersion adhesive range. STAUF M2A 720 is a classic, well-proven dispersion-based wood flooring adhesive with fast setting, a shorter open time, but a comparable low wood swelling factor as the M2A 910. For design floor coverings, STAUF recommends D 50.

A dispersion adhesive consists of solid adhesive particles which are dispensed in a liquid phase such as water, for instance. Typical examples are PVAC, ethylene vinyl acetate, acrylates, SBR rubbers, and PUR. Dispersion adhesive is easy to apply, washable with water, has a long open time, and contains no solvents.

Lecol has one dispersion adhesive in its range, namely the WAKOL D 1640. WAKOL D 1640 has been specially developed for two types of glueing. Firstly, for glueing wooden mezzanine floors, such as chipboard and industrial mosaic, onto good absorbent subfloors.

One of the advantages of dispersion adhesives is that they do not contain solvents and therefore they are not subject to labelling. They do not have an adverse effect on the indoor air quality, so they are environment-friendly products. One disadvantage is that the water can cause problems with wooden flooring.

CHIMIVER PANSERI SPA presents in its range 3 dispersion adhesives. PARKETTKOLL L is a single-component adhesive in water dispersion specifically for laying engineerd and lamparquet wood flooring. The adhesion guaranteed by PARKETTKOLL L is characterised by good tenacity, good hold and long-lasting elasticity. PARKETTKOLL TOP RU is a single-component synthetic resin based adhesive in water dispersion treated with polyvinyl alcohol based protective colloids and having an average particle diameter of 0.5÷3 microns.

A dispersion adhesive is a waterborne adhesive to which dissolved polymers such as organic binding agents based on PVAc (polyvinyl acetate, EVA; ethylene vinyl acetate) or acrylates, together with fillers and special additives have been added. The water content in these adhesives varies from 16 to 25% for the current dispersion adhesives for parquet. These adhesives are ready to use in a bucket. Depending on the dosed specific synthetic resins and polymers, it is possible to give a dispersion adhesive certain properties. These adhesives are easy to spread, economical, and ecological.

Dispersion Adhesive is a white wood adhesive which is made stable and spreadable by means of additives. Such adhesives are cheap and extremely stable, provided they are well spread. The disadvantage is the high quantity of water which is involved and the accompanying long drying time of about three days.
