Meister

Meister has multi-layer floors with a 2.5mm thick top layer for ecological reasons in order to reduce the impact on the environment by consuming fewer raw materials. Meister parquet floors always have three layers: a pine counter layer, and HDF middle layer, and a top layer in real wood. The various layers have a neutralising character and ensure a stable floor.

Meister is particularly proud of the middle layer in HDF. The fact is that HDF is a much stronger middle layer than pine wood, so the impact of a falling object on the top layer of a parquet floor with an HDF core is much less (less damage) than on a parquet floor with a pine middle layer. Apart from ensuring less damage as a result of falling objects, HDF as a middle layer also provides a better click system; with an HDF click system (both on the short and long sides) it is not possible for pieces of the click system to break off or fall into a gap. All Meister premium parquet floors are 100% pre-finished.
