There are two variants in structure: HDF with two layers of veneer wood or HDF with two layers of veneer wood and a bottom layer of 2mm of cork to provide insulation and improve the acoustics. The trademark offers 72 references in different wood sorts: Trendy Oak (10), Contemporary Classics (4), and Exquisite Exotics (11). In distressed designs Par-ky presents Rustic Manhattan Oak, Rustic Ivory Oak, and Rustic Desert Oak. For 2015, they have announced a sawn design. The floors are in durability class 23/31 and have a standard guarantee of 12 or 15 years, depending on the finish. Decospan launches new Par-ky products each year. There is a clear trend towards natural products such as rustic floors and light colours.
Decospan
Each Par-ky plank is finished with a layer of veneer wood. This is why the floors look like solid parquet. And so, at Par-ky, just as in the wild, you never find two identical planks. Moreover, the wood also has a pleasant warm feel. Par-ky veneer floors have a top layer of 0.6mm in accordance with the DSI principle (Double Sided Impregnation).
