Malish Europe

Since 1948, Malish has been a renowned name in the world of floor cleaning equipment. Under practically every leading brand in floorcleaning machines and singledisc machines, you will find brushes, pad holders, and specialist products made by this American market leader. From its headquarters in Willoughby, Ohio, Malish has been manufacturing and supplying these products and for more than 15 years from its own factory in Dongguan, China as well. Since 2012, the European sales office, which is located in Ulvenhout, near Breda (Netherlands), has been operational.

Malish also bring to market Diamabrush, a real innovation in the field of floor cleaning and renovation. Diamabrush thoroughly cleans dirty hard floors such as concrete and terrazzo preparing for further finishing. You can also polish concrete and terrazzo with Diamabrush or you can opt for a non-mechanical seal such as a coating or hardener. Diamabrush is available in most common brush sizes between 25 to 50cm . The most commonly used tools are the MASTIC REMOVAL TOOL (25 grit) – very sturdy sanding parts which remove all that they need to remove – and the CONCRETE PREP TOOL in 25 or 100 grit - flexible metal blades ensure there is always contact with the floor so that lower parts are also prepped. The Diamabrush Polymer Tool system consists of flexible and easily replaceable plastic blades in grit 50,100, 200, 400, 1000, and 2000. These blades can both deepclean and sand so they are ideal for use to prepare for a re-coating (think again : replacing sandpaper!), but they are also suitable for polishing concrete and terrazzo . In terms of material costs, Diamabrush usually works out 70-80% cheaper per square metre and is about twice as fast as most prevailing systems.
